From the moment we entered your hotel, we felt your positive warm welcome. Firstly, the welcome poster attracted our attention which made us happy after a long journey. The help of your whole staff which includes housekeepers, waiters and of course your management team was above what I had expected. The meals in the framework of our stay, were like a dream, and your willingness to satisfy us was above average. As a result of your warm hospitality, we decided to delay our check out from your hotel by half a day.
We were totally refreshed and rejuvenated for the whole of next year and it was due to the relaxing stay at the hotel. The hotel is absolutely marvelous! We liked absolutely everything, starting from the breakfast through to the perfect room service including the cleanliness and extra services such as dry cleaning and laundry. In general all the staff at the hotel were professional, friendly and provided excellent service. We will return for sure!
